Same Person Filling In Ballots - Page 1

Detroit, Michigan

2020 Presidential Election

Background and Overview

Thanks to these unique voting patterns, I was able to identify several sets of ballots that were clearly created by the same person. A ballot with 30 choices (binary digits) means that there are 1,073,741,824 different permutations of this contest, giving us very good confidence that these matching patterns were not created by different voters randomly making the same choices.

These ballots were also located in the same batches and tabulators, further indicating that they were likely filled out by the same individual.
